Gftu Advanced Negotiating Course November 27-29 2009

The last course of the 2009 programme was attended by 18 students compromising of full time officials and highly experienced trade union representatives at ‘The Node, in Hithchin in Herts (November 27-29).
A very comprehensive programme covering all aspects of advanced negotiating behaviours, ,strategies, and planning including a set of roles play’s based on recent negotiating scenarios which helped to further develop the students knowledge and understanding of the complex area of today’s industrial relations negotiation tactics.
An excellent close to the 2009 programme thoroughly enjoyed by everyone.
